Frederick Sontag is Robert C. Denison Professor of Philosophy, Pomona College, Claremont, California. He is the author of over twenty major books on philosophy, religion, and existentialism. He has been a long-time observer of the Unification Church and wrote the classic study, Sun Myung Moon and the Unification Church (1977).
