Rev. Dr. Roderick McLean is Assistant Professor Ministry at the Unification Theological Seminary. He has served as a pastor and as a District Superintendent in the United Methodist Church; from 1997-2001 he was Assistant General Secretary for Mission Education and Leadership Development of the General Board of Global Ministries in New York. He is currently a consultant in leadership development and strategic planning for local congregations and conducts seminars for small churches using the N.O.W. (Nurture-Outreach-Witness) model.
